2013 Project is now open!

Guess what?!  I'm making candles again.  This year 100% of the proceeds will go to feed hungry babies, especially those in refugee camps and other famine-stricken villages.  Did you know it only takes $9 to feed a hungry baby for a week!  Please consider buying one of my candles and all the money I make will be given to the Samaritan's Purse to feed starving babies.  Thank you.

Project closed for 2012

A huge thank-you to everyone who bought one of Caleb's candles this year!  He made his final donation of the project - $93 to "Somebody Cares," a local charity for children.  Thanks to your support, since it's inception Caleb's candle project has raised approximately $4,000 making and selling candles for charity!  God bless you!

Candles for missions

Caleb donated 9 candles to our church's craft fair.  All the proceeds went to missions, which means an additional $63 of candle sales went to charity this year.  Caleb's 2012 candle project is finishing up.  Stay tuned for his final donation!

Shoe box collection week

Well, it's Operation Christmas Child's shoe box collection week.  So in addition to Caleb's carefully packed shoe box, he's sending in a cashier's check to help with the cost of shipping the boxes.  The suggested donation is $7 per box.  Can you see the amount he's sending in?

Thanks to YOU and your purchase of Caleb's candles, he is sending $495 to Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child.  Thank you for supporting Caleb's 2012 project!

Please note, Caleb's candles are still available for purchase until they run out, but the proceeds will go to a local charity, likely the men's rescue mission here in town.

Do you have an UGLY and INEFFICIENT fireplace like we do?  What to do with such a prominent feature in your living space?  You might try adding some of Caleb's candles for a lovely transformation.  It might not be a roaring fire, but you'll feel all warm and fuzzy inside knowing you helped Operation Christmas Child distribute shoe boxes to needy children around the world!
